The Aptude Fellowship is a paid, full-time program designed for early-career thinkers who want to make the leap from theory to consequence.
Program structure
24 weeks · in person + remotePhase I
Foundations
Six weeks of intensive instruction in the Aptude methodology — talent mapping, decision frameworks, and practical philosophy.
Phase II
Field Deployment
Twelve weeks embedded in live client engagements, with direct mentorship from senior practitioners.
Phase III
Original Work
Six weeks to produce a published piece of research, a working venture prototype, or a deployable client framework.
Who we look for
Curious. Rigorous. Already building something.
You don't need a particular degree or background. You do need a track record of finishing things, a real appetite for hard ideas, and the temperament to receive direct feedback weekly.
